Represents a single URSP rule as defined in 3GPP TS 24.526. URSP stands for UE Route Selection Policy. In 5G, network can provide URSP information to devices which provides information on what connection parameters should be used for what traffic.

The equals method implements an equivalence relation on non-null object references:

An equivalence relation partitions the elements it operates on into equivalence classes; all the members of an equivalence class are equal to each other. Members of an equivalence class are substitutable for each other, at least for some purposes.
